Nigerian Instagram millionaire Mompha has taken over social media ever since news first broke that he had been arrested by Interpol.
News first came that Interpol had arrested him, later confirmed by Nigeria’s Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Mompha is reportedly being held for fraud.

For those who don’t know him, Mompha is infamous on social media for his extravagant lifestyle. He lives in Dubai and always uploads his rich and luxurious lifestyle to the gram, usually flaunting expensive jewelry, luxury cars and others.
Just a few weeks ago, we reported on one of his latest extravagant purchases when he flaunted a Ferrari spider on his handle just a few days after flaunting a Rolls Royce.
It seems whatever he did to get that wealth has finally caught up with him.
In reactions on social media, Nigerians do not seem too surprised about his arrest since most already knew he was a fraud (yahoo) boy.
