The desperation for fame is making many ladies move happily towards their doom, even if they know beforehand that they’re putting themselves in danger.
After all the allegations that have come out against Miss Ghana, numerous ladies line up every year to join, only to later realize they are in hell and try to get out.

And now despite horrible allegations against the CEO of Miss Commonwealth Ghana, allegedly taking a contestant to a juju man to be assaulted for allegedly stealing Ghc 500, we have another contestant coming to defend the pageant instead of standing in solidarity with the other lady.
Christabel Osei-Agyeman, 2nd runner up of the pageant, has spoken out about the allegations. As far as she’s concerned, Miss Commonwealth has brought her many opportunities so she has no problem with the pageant no matter the allegations against it.
She said the pageant has given her new job opportunities, helped her meet new people and through that same platform given her, many people reach out to her to offer her jobs as well as having the chance to participate in an international pageant through the Miss Commonwealth platform.

So she defended the pageant and said since only one lady is making the allegation the public should disregard it.
