In a live interview on social media, mother of popular Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, Rita Daniels noted she prayed to God for her daughter to marry a rich old man who will pamper her, not a young boy.

Rita Daniels’s revelation has courted the anger of social media users who are calling her wicked!.

Earlier this year, 18-year-old actress Regina Daniels tied the knot with 59-year-old former senator and lawyer Ned Nwoko in a glamourous traditional wedding.

Many people have wondered why the beautiful, young and energetic actress would take such a decision — others claimed her mother’s quest to become rich by hook or crook drove her to marry off her daughter.
