Precious Senafiawo Continues To Garner Accolades As He Wins Education Category at the 2019 40 Under 40 Awards

Achieving excellence is one thing, having that excellence rewarded by prestigious entities is a validation that few get in this world.

But for Ghanaian educationist and entrepreneur Precious Senafiawo, such award recognitions are becoming something of a routine.

Within the past few months, Precious has won so many awards it’s becoming hard to keep count – the perfect recognition of a life lived to help others.

Precious, who is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Pure City International School in Pokuase, as well as an entrepreneur and philanthropist, won his latest award during the 2019 edition of the 40 Under 40 awards.

Mr Senafiawo won in the category of education, for his groundbreaking work running the Pure City International School, which has been adjudged as one of the 50 Most Progressive Schools in Ghana.

The 40 Under 40 Awards, an annual awards ceremony, was created to identify, honour and celebrate a cross-section of the nation’s most influential and accomplished young business leaders under the age forty from a wide range of industries, who are committed to business growth, professional excellence and community service and have risen up the ranks of their companies or industries at a relatively young age as result of this.

The 2019 awards ceremony was held at the Kempinski Hotel in Accra on Friday night, where Precious was on hand to receive his award.

This award comes hot on the heels of his last award, when he was awarded the Nobles International Award for men and women of integrity in West Africa.

In his position as head of Pure City School, Precious has been dedicated to delivering quality private education to students at his school, whilst undertaking numerous philanthropic activities through his SENA Foundation.

The foundation has donated to bodies including the Akropong School for the Blind and has over the years picked up numerous children off the streets and sponsored their education.

Looking at his body of work, it comes as no surprise to anyone that he won the education category at the awards night, winning ahead of titans of the sector who were all nominated.

There is no doubt as well that going forward, more of such awards lies in the future for this visionary young Ghanaian.
