Veteran actor Kofi Liang popularly known as Kohwe has revealed he didn’t make any money in his acting career.

Speaking in an interview on Adom FM he said they acted because of the passion they had for the job and not to get themselves rich.
“As at the time we were acting, they can use 10 people and give you all some amount of money to share. When we started acting the amount paid wasn’t even up to 500cedi.
“There is a saying that we eat around the job and not in the job. I didn’t gain any wealth while acting,” he said.
He also said that this generation is very lucky to get paid for acting unlike their time.
