Legendary Ghanaian gospel musician, Cindy Thompson has slammed actor cum comedian Mmebusem for mimicking Jesus in the series “Boys Abr3”.
Speaking in an interview on Accra FM’s Ayekoo with Nana Romeo, she said if the comedian’s reason for what he is doing is just to make people laugh, get followers and money then it’s wrong.

She said:” If his reason is just to make people laugh and make money then its not good because anything we do in the name of God is supposed to glorify Him. For him to dress like Christ and talk exactly like Him to make people laugh means you are making mockery of Him.
“If he was to use the same mean to preach the word of God, God will have helped him and he might have gotten more than he wanted but with his motive, he’s riding on a wrong car.”
She also added that Mmebusem should realize that God is too big for him to be reduced to jokes so he better change his behaviour.
