‘Development Doesn’t Reach Rural Areas But Ballot Boxes Go There’ – Edem

Ghanaian rapper Edem Hotor simply known as Edem has expressed his disappointment at how the leaders of the country only remember rural folks during elections.

According to the rapper, it’s strange that some rural areas in this country which are very underdeveloped, manages to see ballot box when it’s time for election.

He wrote on his Twitter handle that it looks like the leaders of the country are playing with the minds of the people.
