The man who was nicknamed “Efo Blanket” never showed his face in the video when they were caught pants down and for 2 years no one knew who he was.

The alleged photo was posted by one Mama Ng3g3 who has been trolling Afia Schwarzenegger for some time.
Mama Ng3g3 posted the alleged photo on her Facebook page and captioned it;
