I Was Fighting Racism In Germany And I’m Still Not Welcomed In My Home – Wendy Shay Breaks Down

Rufftown Record’s songstress Wendy Shay has spoken on the apparent harsh treatment apportioned to her by Ghanaians.

She has disclosed that she was facing racism in Germany and thought being home would be better but unfortunately, she has not been welcomed well.

According to her, Ghanaians have been unfair to her and transported the pain in Ebony’s death to her.

I came on the scene just when Ebony had passed and so instead of them waiting for me to grow, they transferred that love to me which turned into something and that is a bit worrying

Back in Germany, I was fighting the issue of racism so I thought coming home would have been the better choice but I was welcomed with all these things and at a point, I asked myself why me. I just didn’t get it, everything I do, people had issues with it.

Nevertheless, the diva has vowed to fight it to the end, no matter how she is treated here in Ghana.
