Ghanaian funnyman Braimah Kamoko, aka Bukom Banku, has revealed that being 41 years of age does not mean he’s too old to win a world title.
Banku, who won his first international bout over the weekend after taking out Rojhat Bilgetekin of Germany in the 3rd round, says he’s now focused on winning a world title to add to his achievements.
The WBO African Champion has now revealed that he’s focused on taking his next steps towards eventually becoming world champion.
Banku claims his promoter has fights lined up in Germany and the U.S for him to win a world title.
However, when he was asked if 41 was not too old to win a world title, Banku said Sarah from the Bible got very old before giving birth, so he knows his time for glory would come no matter his age.
He also mentioned Evander Holyfield, who won a world title well into his 40s as an inspiration.
