Anytime our Senior National team, Blacks Stars go to a competition having a Ghanaian as their head coach, they come home with nothing but a disgrace to the nation.
A typical example was what happened at the just ended, African Cup Of Nations, AFCON 2019 held in Egypt where our Black Stars was sadly kicked out in the Round 16th of the competition due to lack of discipline among the players and lack of good coaching skills.

Well, during a recent gathering of local coaches at a FIFA organized coaching seminar, the ‘disappointed’ Black Stars Head Coach, James Kwesi Appiah asked all local coaches to work harder in just to qualify to handle our national teams.
“Now what we are fighting for is to make sure the government does not go back to the issue of bringing a white man again, but we should show our competence that when given the chance we can do it.
“The Black Stars job can be done easily when it comes to the fieldwork, but the major work is off the pitch issues, once you are able to deal with the outside issues, then it should be fine with you.
“There should a plan that what do we want for the next five years as Ghanaians. We need to plan for our National team on what we want to achieve for the next five years.” he said.
