Okraku Mantey, Socrate Safo, Agya Koo And Others Are Greedy – They’re Pursuing Their Own Selfish Interest – Kwaku Manu

Kumawood actor, Kwaku Manu, has said entertainment pundits who hold positions in the NPP government are ‘greedy’ and selfish.

According to him, Socrate Safo, Okraku Mantey, and others which include Agya Koo who have various positions in the current government are rather pursuing their own selfish interest rather than the film industry.

Speaking on the government’s initiative to establish a ‘Film Village in the Eastern Region, Kwaku Manu argued for the need to have the film hub situated in the Asanti Region.

He mentioned the government doesn’t have to work in the interest of some people, rather the interest of all the industry players.

“We hope that the new film village will be built in Kumasi. This shouldn’t be politicized and shouldn’t be someone’s personal interest. 

‘Government should’ve invited all stakeholders in the movie industry to decide on the location for the film village.
