‘If Only All Movie Producers Were Like You’ – Tracey Boakye Heaps Praises on Kofas After ‘Baby Mama’ Landed Lucrative Foreign Deal

Tracey Boakye has lavished immense praise on Kofi Asamoah, aka Kofas, after her recent movie ‘Baby Mama’ was able to land a lucrative foreign deal.

According to reports, the movie has made Boakye a tidy $120,000 due to a distribution deal she’s signed with Canal+ International/Iroko TV.

The deal was reportedly brokered by Kofas, who earns a percentage of the sum and it permits Canal+/Iroko to distribute the movie for a three year period.

Reacting to the news, Tracey Boakye could not contain her excitement, but most of all heaped praises on Kofi Asamoah.

She wrote: “If all movie producers were like you, our industry would have gone far. @1kofiasamoah this great news is too much for me to break it down. GOD BLESS YOU MY DEAR.. #babymama LOVERS. GOOD NEWS IS COMING!! Are you ready???”

Baby Mama’ is a movie by Tracey Boakye’s ‘Shakira Productions’ and stars among others, Kalybos, Lilwin, Vivian Jill, Moesha Boduong, Bill Asamoah, Yaa Jackson, Rosemond Brown, Kwaku Manu, Louisa Adinkra and Kofi Adjorlolo. Boakye claims it cost her $40,000 to produce. It’s the movie that recently sparked a beef between Akuapem Poloo and Xandy Kamel.
