When you ask any Ghanaian about how well our movie industry is going, I don’t think you will get any positive answer. Yes, because most of us believe our movie industry dead and we are blaming the numerous foreign contents that are being shown on our television stations.

The producer of the viral “2 Pilots” movie, Mr Amakwaa Agyemang has reacted to this in a recent interview with the Founding Editor of GhanaCelebrities.Com, Chris-Vincent Agyapong Febiri. According to him, the industry is not dead but rather it’s being affected by lack of creativity.

“You keep saying the movie industry is dead, but I don’t see it that way, what is affecting the industry is our mindset and lack of creativity.”

“I am telling you for a fact, that the industry is not dead. We have to introduce something different in our movies that will create suspense…” he told said.
