Our late ‘grandfather’, the Seventh Secretary-General of the United Nations, Mr Kofi Annan said, “Extreme poverty anywhere is a threat to human security everywhere.” that’s how the man described poverty, anyway.
Well, in Ghana when someone is being lashed by poverty, that person can easily be deceived by others especially by pastors and men of God into thinking that the source of their poverty is in their families.
One of Ghana’s finest rappers and the headliner of NKZ Music, Maradona Yeboah Agyei, professionally known as Guru has also shared his opinion on what he thinks about poverty.
He made this known on his official Twitter handle; “Poverty makes you see every challenge in your life as spiritual and you end up creating enemies with people that would have helped you”.
