The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Menzgold Ghana, Nana Appiah Mensah, might be back in the country but his woes are not ending anytime soon.
NAM 1, upon his arrival, was picked up by police and arraigned him before court today.
The embattled CEO made his first appearance in court after his triumphant return from Dubai.
He was arraigned before the High Court in Accra, which remanded him into police custody to reappear on July 26th.
The police argued they need him in custody to help their investigations and trial judge Jane Helen Akweley Quaye acquiesced.
He was thus whisked back away by the police, to reappear on the next trial date at the end of the month.
The Menzgold CEO after winning his freedom in Dubai looks set for another lengthy battle for his freedom in Ghana.
