Donate Some of Your Money to Charity and Stop those Crocodile Tears – Nana Aba Anamoah Tears Into Black Stars

The crocodile tears being shed by players of the Black Stars should be replaced by real acts of remorse, Nana Aba Anamoah has suggested.

The veteran broadcaster and keen follower of the Black Stars has made the suggestion in reaction to the painful exit of the national team from the ongoing African Cup of Nations.

Ghanaians are still pissed off at the outcome of Monday night’s match, in which the Stars were knocked out of the Afcon on penalties after a drab 1-1 draw with the Tunisian national team.

To nobody’s surprise, the overpaid brats we call the Black Stars disappointed Ghanaians once again.

After the defeat some of them have been crying over being kicked out, but Nana Aba is not having it and says they should do something more tangible so Ghanaians can see their remorse.

“Are the players not offering any form of apology for the energy invested in them”? she queried during an appearance on the Super Morning show Tuesday.

“[They should] donate half of their bonuses to charity to show that they are sorry…They should do more than crying,” Nana Aba combatively suggested.

The GhOne Tv anchor said she doesn’t believe the players are crying from actual pain they have caused Ghanaians but simply due to the money they’re losing in further bonuses and possibly catching the eye of scouts in further rounds.
