Till now, the Medikal and Strongman beef has simply been a lyrical war, but somehow two hungry fans have turned it into a physical battle.
A video making rounds on social media shows these two fans fighting over the beef, although it has practically died down already.

In the video, the two unemployed youth were playing video games and chatting about the beef at the same time.
The Strongman fan said something belittling about Medikal which didn’t go down well with the other one, leading to a fight.
Some people have too much time on their hands.
