Medikal is a rapper with the ability to generate hit songs every once in a while, but for many he’s not a ‘real rapper’.
Ability in the rap game doesn’t always translate to commercial success and vice versa. That’s why although more popular, most people agree Medikal badly lost his beef with Strongman because the latter is a far better rapper.
And one of the most recognised rappers in the game, Gemini, known for his tongue twisting raps, has espoused similar sentiments about the ‘Omo Ada’ hitmaker.
According to Gemini, whilst Medikal has released some hit singles it does not make him a great rapper.
Gemini said both Medikal and Kwesi Arthur are babies when it comes to real rap.
Medikal, unsurprisingly, sees things the other way, after praising Strongman for his talent but implying he needs hit songs to be legitimized.
