Medikal got social media talking yesterday when he posted the most ridiculous brag about how he saved the Ghanaian rap industry from dying four years ago.
The AMG Business rapper, who would forever be remembered for grabbing as much as 7 VGMA nominations yet managing to go home with a whopping zero awards, claimed Ghanaian rap music was dead until he arrived four years ago to save it.

Social media is not allowing him to get away with that ridiculous claim, with many people blasting him for feeling so arrogant when he’s a baby in the game.
The latest to descend on Medikal is Archipalago, who has slammed him for using a ‘kwasia (foolish) line’ to describe himself.
According to Archipalago, Medikal isn’t any proper rapper to claim he saved the rap game. He’s only good with releasing danceable commercial tunes and not hardcore rap, Palago said.
He also said it is a massive disrespect to the legends of the game, particularly Sarkodie, for Medikal to make such a claim.
