Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy
In the wake of Stonebwoy-Shatta Wale unity after their fight at the 2019 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, one South African event organiser wading into the brouhaha has gone to the extreme which is likely to resurrect the enmity between the two Dancehall artistes.
The South African even organiser in an interview with Zionfelix stated without mincing words that in South Africa, they only know of Stonebwoy as the best Ghanaian Dancehall artiste.
He added that Stonebwoy is very popular in South Africa and went to the extreme to tag Shatta Wale as a ‘Village Champion’ and acknowledged Stonebwoy for the quality songs he has been producing.

These are some of the reasons for Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale’s longtime enmity and we pray such inevitable comments wouldn’t ignite their ‘beef’ again.
