Considering the size of Shatta Movement and Bhimnation fanbases in Ghana, their influence in our entertainment industry really matters and there is no doubt about that.
Charterhouse successfully banned the leaders of these fanbases, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy indefinitely from taking part in any of their events and in addition, stripped them of their awards because they, (Wale and Stone) took the entertainment laws into their own hands and misbehaved during the 20th edition of VGMA which was held on the 18th May 2019..
A lot of entertainment pundits and Ghanaian celebrities have already condemned Charterhouse sanctions and suggested they should be called back should they still want VGMA to be Ghana’s biggest award scheme.
