Charterhouse successfully banned the leaders of these fanbases, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy indefinitely from taking part in any of their events and in addition, stripped them of their awards because they, (Wale and Stone) took the entertainment laws into their own hands and misbehaved during the 20th edition of VGMA which was held on the 18th May 2019..
A lot of entertainment pundits and Ghanaian celebrities have already condemned Charterhouse sanctions and suggested they should be called back should they still want VGMA to be Ghana’s biggest award scheme.

Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy reunited yesterday and one of our Top Fans on our Facebook page, has stated on our page that the reunion of these two a-listed dancehall artistes is good for the industry but for Charterhouse, it’s the beginning of their end.
Breaking down her comment, it’s clear our Top Fan was hinting on Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy moving together to help build and promote the biggest competitor of Charterhouse, that’s 3Muci Awards.
