Vodafone Should Stop Sponsoring VGMA For Two Years To Punish Embarrassing Charterhouse – Blakk Rasta

Controversial broadcaster, Blakk Rasta, has said that Vodafone Ghana should withdraw their sponsorship for VGMA for two years to punish  Charterhouse for the embarrassment they have caused the country during the 2019 Vodafone Ghana Music Award.

According to Blakk Rasta, organizers of the award show carelessly failed  to ensure  that the security of patrons of event was secured and for that they must be punished.

Blakk Rasta argued that, the best way to deal with Charterhouse is for Vodafone to pull out their sponsorship for two years to serve as a lesson to them.

He noted that, Vodafone is a reputable brand so for Charterhouse to bring their name in disrepute, the company must act in their own interest and dissociate their brand with Charterhouse Ghana.

“To me alone, Vodafone should pull out of the sponsorship for at least two years as a punishment. Because Charter House has been an embarrassment to Ghana. Charter House struggled for over ten years before they were able to stand on their feet and If you have sponsorship which people are finding it difficult to get but don’t. But you have sponsorship and this how far you’ve brought the sponsorship into disrepute. Vodafone has a big name and this is what you’ve done, Vodafone should pull out for two years at least as a punishment and as a way of saying we’re not happy with you, Vodafone should pull out” he added
