Boss of Charterhouse, Madam Theresa Ayoade has apologised to Ghanaians about the unfortunate incident that happened at the just ended VGMA20 last Saturday.
Mrs Ayoade revealed on Joy News TV that they are considering placing a ban on these two dancehall artistes Stonebwoy and his arrogant cousin, Shatta Wale who destroyed the event and disgraced Ghanaians for their selfish needs.
She said, “Our music industry is too big and two personalities cannot be the downfall of our industry. The industry existed way before they joined it and will continue to exist.
“The industry will continue to thrive, VGMA will move to a higher level and I believe these two artistes will find a way to make peace. We will do our best to facilitate the process. We have our own rules and regulations pertaining the VGMAS, and we will announce whatever sanction they have for both Shatta wale and Stonebwoy soon “
“What happened at the last VGMA was rather unfortunate. We unreservedly apologize for that. We had body scanners on the premises to check for weapons and other unwanted items. Nonetheless, we may not have been able to scan every single person that came through the gates” she added
