The much-anticipated Ghana’s biggest annual set of awards for artistes in the Ghanaian music industry, Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) is scheduled to come off tonight 18th May 2019.

Fans of these artistes and majority of Ghanaians have expressed themselves as far as the event is a concern, every category and the artiste that needs to be awarded.

One of our popular female gospel artistes, Mrs Gifty Adorye has also revealed through a post she made on her Instagram page that the Artiste Of The Year Award should be Shatta Wale.

Shatta Wale is competing with Stonebwoy, Sarkodie, Samini, Joe Mettle, King Promise and the “Angela” hitmaker, Kuami Eugene.
