Ghana’s celebrated Dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy has revealed in an interview that he will be the happiest musician on earth if he wins the VGMA Artiste of The Year Award again.
According to the Bhimnation boss, winning it this time will make him five times winner in a row, a record that has not been made by any artiste in the history of Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
“I would really really love to win the Reggae/Dancehall Artiste of the year again this year so as to make it five times in a row for me. Jah knows I’ve put in the works.
“I’ve been on proper stages in the year under review, I’ve released the songs as well, and so I just have to win this Reggae/Dancehall Artiste of the year category again.”
When asked whether he’s voting because he’s that eager to win it again, he said, “Yes, the fans are voting, and I’m also voting, I really want to win his category again,” he told George Quaye on Joy FM.
