Ghanaian fast-rising rapper, Kwesi Arthur’s father, Mr Danso Arthur has revealed in an interview that he was afraid his son who has now become a musician, would grow to become a gambler.

According to him, Kwesi Arthur and some of his brothers were mostly found at the game centres where most gambling activities take place in Tema.

“I did not like it when they used up their leisure time at game centres. I was not against them playing games but they falling prey to gambling.”, he noted.

“When I catch them (Kwesi and his brothers) at the game centres, they know what I do. I was not using a cane in my house but rather a leather belt and that put some fear in them,” Mr Arthur said.
