Less than Two Weeks after Release, Avengers: Engame is Already the 2nd Highest Grossing Movie of All Time

Less than two weeks after being released in Cinemas, the blockbuster movie Avengers: Endgame, has already surpassed ‘Titanic’ to become the 2nd highest grossing movie of all time.

Endgame has also taken only an impressive 12 days to achieve this feat, and now trails James Cameron’s ‘Avatar’ as the highest grossing movie of all time.

The final instalment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Avenger’s franchise has exceeded all box office expectations, even given heightened expectation for its performance. It has grossed over $2.188 billion in just 12 days.

First on the list of highest grossing movies of all time is 2009’s ‘Avatar’, which to date has grossed over $2.78 billion worldwide. But given that Endgame has reached second place on the all-time list in just 12 days, there can be no doubt that it would eventually overcome Avatar to become the highest grossing movie of all time.
