Yet another Ghanaian public figure has called for marijuana to be legalized as a means of raising revenue for Ghana and Africa as a whole.
According to Wanlov da Kubolor’s sister, Deborah Vanessa, marijuana would raise huge amounts of money that can make Africa a global superpower.
Whilst many countries across the world are legalizing the herb for both medicinal and recreational purposes and raising large amounts of cash from it, Africa continues to demonize it instead and miss out on the global revolution.

Recently, one East African country landed a multi-million dollar marijuana contract with Canada yet politicians in Ghana continue to pretend legalizing marijuana would turn Ghana into a crime hub never seen anywhere in the world.
Derby, in a post on Twitter, said Ghana should legalize weed and reap benefits from it.
