The current bad state of the Ghanaian movie industry is really not helping our movie producers, movies directors, actors and actresses in the nation. They’ve been complaining bitterly that Ghanaians don’t buy or watch their movies anymore.
Several opinions and ideas have been shared by prominent Ghanaian personalities and celebrities in the movie industry to help bring back that passion Ghanaians had earlier for their movies.
However, Kumawood actor, Bill Asamoah has also added his opinion. According to him, if there were more cinema walls to show our movies, he strongly believes the industry would resurrect.

“A lot of producers want to shoot movies but where to premiere them is the problem. We have the Silverbird cinemas in Accra and that of Watch and Dine in Kumasi which are not enough for movie producers to make their money back,” he said this during an interview on showbiz.
