Sarkodie and Kuami Eugene have dropped the official video for “No More” featuring Rufftown Record’s Wendy Shay and it’s about Wendy Shay ‘chopping’ Kuami Eugene and dumping him in the end.
The song “No More” is about the romantic relationship between Kuami Eugene and Wendy Shay but Shay after ‘tasting’ Kuami Eugene’s ‘something’ dumped him ─ after all, all she wanted was the bang and nothing serious.
This is unusual in the Ghanaian setting since it has all been the perception that it is men who go into relationships with the mindset of ‘chopping’ and dumping.
But “No More” by Kuami Eugene featuring Sarkodie and Wendy Shay in the video is the other way round ─ Wendy Shay came into Kuami Eugene’s life just to ‘chop’ and dump him.
Sarkodie as it has always been, never disappointed with his rap ─ he delivered a thick rap, something I call embellishment to the song.
