According to rapper Edem in an interview with Lexis Bill on Joy FM, he is not feeling the change President Akufo-Addo promised in his pocket.
In the wake of the 2016 political campaigns, Nana Akufo-Addo promised Ghanaians a positive change ─ an economy that will alleviate poverty and ensure massive development but according to rapper Edem, that change he promised isn’t a reflection of what’s happening currently.
Rapper Edem on what he has to say to the President and his Economic Management Team said;
“I am not impressed with how things are happening in my pocket. I want to feel something in my pocket because I am not really feeling it”.
On what the government should do to help the unemployed youths, the “Toto” hitmaker suggested that;

“One thing I like to say is that they should create an atmosphere for young people who want to do business to be encouraged…I think that for me is key. Like for example, the process that someone who does not know people to register business is tedious and he might want to give up”.
Rapper Edem rating Akufo-Addo’s government after 2 years in office lamented over how things have been very difficult for Ghanaians.
