One of the annual concerts that shuts down the city when it comes to town, Ghana Meets Naija, returns for its 2019 edition in June.
This year’s edition would be the 9th edition of the concert, which is run by Bola Ray’s Empire Entertainment.
It pits together artists from the two rival West African nations Ghana and Nigeria and is often massively patronized by fans from both nations who come to fight for pride.
Over the years, Ghana Meets Naija has delivered bigger and better concerts year after year and this year’s should be no exception.

Fans who love the format have to look forward to its return in just over two months and can rest assured the biggest stars from both nations covering all genres would be on hand to thrill concertgoers on the night.
The 2018 edition of the concert featured, among others, Patapaa, Stonebwoy, Kuami Eugene, King Promise, Wizkid and Mr Eazi.
The success of the annual show has spawned a foreign edition – Ghana Meets Naija UK – which would also come on this year after the June concert.
