Being an artiste and seeing your song getting snubbed when it comes to awards and nominations won’t be easy. Only a few of these artistes can stay without reacting badly. We’ve seen many of them such as Shatta Wale and Kwaw Kese blasting the organisers of these events just because their songs were snubbed.
Female songstress, Sister Afia is among those artistes whose songs were snubbed by VGMA this year even though she released some pieces of music. As surprised as her followers were, kept asking her why none of her songs was nominated.
She took to her Instagram page and broke her silence by posting a video of one of her hit songs, “Queen Solomon” and captioned it with these words below;
