After insulting and throwing vituperative attacks on Charterhouse and their Vodafone Ghana Music Awards for many years, Shatta Wale took his hypocritical self to their nominees announcement event over the weekend as he received many nominations.
The nominees announcement brought together all the gurus of our entertainment industry as the VGMA is the biggest award show in Ghana and one of the finest on the African continent.
Charles Nii Armah Mensah received several nominations at this years’ edition of the awards including Highlife Song Of The Year, Artiste Of The Year, among many others.
During interviews at the event, Shatta Wale said that people like him together with Charterhouse and their VGMA can cause a positive change in the music industry. Can you spot the double standards? He has also revealed he is working on his next album titled ‘Wonder Boy’.
