The South African pastor at the centre of a ‘miracle’ storm, Alph Lukau, has come out to confess that his alleged resurrection miracle was nothing but a fraudulent act.
Lukau, who received worldwide attention after claiming to resurrect a dead man in a coffin, has come out to apologize for misleading the world, admitting that he did not carry out any such miracle and that the man was alive when he was brought to him.
Lukau spoke with Power Fm in South Africa to set the record straight after coming under fire for his fake miracle.
According to the pastor, he never claimed to have resurrected the body. The story he’s going with is that the body was already alive when it arrived at his church as the coffin was shaking. He, however, claims that it’s still a miracle that a body in a coffin was shaking when it got to his church, just that he did not resurrect it as earlier reported.
Lukau apologized for anyone who was misled into thinking that he resurrected the body.
“…We really apologize for not telling the truth to the congregation and everyone in the first place.” he said.
