We’ve seen a lot of Ghanaian musicians who came and can no longer be found anywhere because they weren’t able to remain consistent in the music industry after their first song. One is Nana Boro,
This normally happens because these artistes lacked strategies and plans needed to keep themselves up in the Entertainment industry.
The “Lapaz Toyota” hitmaker, Maradona Yeboah Agyei, popularly known by his stage name Guru NKZ has lectured these ‘lost but not found’ musicians and those who are still doing active music on how to remain consistent.
According to him, music is not about the kind of song you bring out but also the constant rebranding and positioning also play a vital role.
“I keep changing something about me every year but is it the same brand. People should accept the fact that Guru will like to change something about him every year. I use to have a punk hairstyle but now I pierced my nose, I keep changing. We change because we want to bring something new to the brand”, he said.
