The former Minister of Education under the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and High Commissioner to South Africa, Lee Ocran is dead according to Graphic Online.
The former Member of Parliament for Jomoro Constituency died before midnight at his residence in Accra on Thursday, February 21, 2019.
According to the report, he battled with illness days before passing on.
