For the past five years, the Ghanaian Gospel music industry has been on a decline especially with regards to the number of gospel songs and albums that used to be released yearly by artists. Things are not good today as it used to be.
Even though I will be the first to admit that a few of our Gospel artists have been quite active and have released dope songs and albums within these five years, it still cannot be compared to how it used to be back then when they were rubbing shoulders with the ‘Hiplifers’.
One of the musicians who has continually distinguished herself all these years is songstress Diana Antwi Hamilton who also doubles as a professional nurse abroad. Her 2018 song, ‘Mo Ne Yo’ is still one of the biggest songs in Ghana today garnering about 3 million views on Youtube within a few months.

Diana’s annual show ‘Experience Concert’ happened this year and this time it was staged in Kumasi at the Bantama Assembly of the Pentecost Church. The show was generally a success as she polled over 4,000 people at the church auditorium who came to sing, dance and glorify the name of God in an enchanting manner.
