Rufftown Records Publicist Breaks Silence On Ebony Reigns And Ogee’s Relationship — Read

Alexander Fiifi Abaka, the publicist of Rufftown Record Label, has broken silence concerning rumours being circulated about the late Ebony Reigns and her male friend, Ogee.

Nobody knew Ebony Reigns’ boyfriend when she was alive but after her demise, photos and videos of herself and Ogee started popping up on social media. This raised perceptions that they were into a relationship.

Reacting to this, Alexander Abakah in an interview on Class FM revealed that Ogee and Ebony were not into a relationship as people thought they were, but rather Ogee was her hype man.

“Ebony we knew on stage and in the media was very different from the Priscilla Opoku- Kwarteng who was kind, loving and ready to help others. One thing I remember was she never talked about her relationship, it always worked, work, and work so I didn’t see anybody dating ebony”.

“Ogee and Ebony were very close friends but he was her hype man but nothing else. When a girl and guy are always moving together there is always an assumption that they are dating,
Ogee is a hype man and that was what he did. Posting her pictures on his page was just for ebony’s publicity nothing else” he told Nana Kwesi Asare, the sit-in-host of Class FM’s “Class Weekend Rendezvous”.
