Many women have the dream of becoming a pastor’s wife as the ‘Osofo Maame’ lifestyle might look quite glamorous but someone who’s already on the inside is warning that it’s not as easy as it looks.
There’s a saying that ‘all that glitters is not gold’ and according to Rita, wife of Rev Sam Korankye Ankrah, being a pastor’s wife is not as easy as others might perceive it to be.
The wife of the founder and leader of the Royal House Chapel International, Rev Sam Korankye Ankrah, has revealed that being a pastor’s wife can be quite lonely and not as glamorous as some would hope.
She was profiled on the Thursday, February 7th 2019 edition of Joy Fm’s Personality Profile with Lexis Bill.
Asked about the rewards of being an ‘osofo maame’, she said ladies who think that’s the path they want to take should know it doesn’t always go their way.
“Every woman wants to be a pastor’s wife but it can be a lonely journey,” she told Lexis Bill.
