‘Beefs’ in Ghanaian showbiz are super common. Every passing day artists are finding new things to get pissed off about and attack each other on.
However, I think we can all agree that the longest running and the feud that would probably never end is the one between dancehall acts Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale.
The two have been beefing for so long and their fans can’t stand each other to the degree that true peace between them might never be possible.
And they keep shading it each other every chance they get. In a recent interview, Stonebwoy said his style of music is simply about spreading love and not insulting others.
“When you listen to my songs it’s about love, I talked about the reality because I’ve not come to insult anybody.” he said.
If that isn’t a dig at ‘Gbee Naabu’, then I don’t know what is.
