A 25-year-old Kenyan man has chopped off his own joystick after he drunk himself to stupor. Unfortunately for him, it could not be restored immediately because the neighbours who took him to the hospital left it home.

Sam Maina, 25 reportedly screamed on top of his voice after he did that haplessness unto himself which sent neighbours rushing to his home at Kericho, Kenya, in the early hours of the morning where he was found in severe pain with his organ lying helplessly on the floor.
The police confirmed he had been drinking and it is probable he was not aware of what he was doing to himself. “At around 12.50am Antony Kago Kanuthi was in his rental house near Momomiat village. He heard a loud scream from his neighbour Samuel Maina. When he rushed to his house he found he had cut his private part.”
Sam is receiving treatment presently at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital because “of the nature of the wound,” said Medical Superintendent Japheth Cheruiyot.
