Maame Yaa Jackson is the daughter of popular Kumawood movie director and producer Jackson K Bentum who has produced and directed countless hit Kumawood movies.
Because of her father, Yaa Jackson got into the movie industry at a very young age. She has featured in many movies especially the ones produced and directed by her father alongside her other siblings.
Maame Yaa Jackson has now metamorphosed into a singer somehow abandoning the movie industry. She stated categorically on the Delay Show that she has never been a fan of the movie industry and that she was forced into the acting business.
Ever since she started her musical journey somewhere last year the teenager has grown so many horns doing things like she is the biggest female musician in Ghana. She says some of the most unintelligent and uncouth things when she appears on TV and shows her Ashawobrity lifestyle properly on social media. She has posted on her Instagram page that she doesn’t care about anybody and what they say about her because she is a proud slay queen..
