The maiden edition of the Gold Coast Excellence Awards is set to come off later this year and the first ever list of nominees for the event has been released by organizers NMJ Ghana.
The official nominee’s launch came off earlier today (Tuesday, January 22nd) at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Airport City, Accra.
Outstanding individuals and organizations have been nominated in 30 categories covering all fields of endeavour in Ghanaian society to vie for the Excellence awards.
The award categories include Excellence in Entrepreneurship, Excellence in Food Manufacturing, Excellence in Creative Arts, Excellence in Leadership, Excellence in Banking and many others.
Mimi Andani-Michaels, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of NMJ Ghana, organizers of the awards scheme, said that the new awards scheme have been specifically set up to reward the creme de la creme in all fields of endeavour and to encourage professionalism and exceptionalism in every sector one finds themselves in.

The public can vote for their favourite nominees to win in their categories by dialling *447*1957# on all networks and following the prompts. The final tally in choosing the award winners would comprise 40% of the public votes and 60% of the awards jury.
The maiden edition of the Gold Coast Excellence Awards come off later this year.
