Ghanaian Female Celebs Are So Cheap, Nigerian ‘Big Men’ Come and Chop Them With Ease — Ekow Smith Asante Exposes the ‘Ashawobrities’

At this point, the ashawobrity lifestyle being led by some female celebs is nothing new. We have seen enough examples to know that it’s absolutely a norm in the so-called ‘dead’ Ghanaian showbiz industry.

Today we can confidently say we’re not the only ones calling out ashawobrities because actor Ekow Smith Asante has admitted that many of the actresses in the industry get to supplement whatever small income they make by selling their bodies.

Ekow Smith was a guest on the ‘Gee Spot’ on Joy Prime as they discussed whether male actors get more ‘freebies’ in the industry.

Smith Asante said the females have things far easier since some of them get to ‘sell’ themselves for cash to rich guys.

He said some of them are so cheap that Nigerians are able to chop them down just by flaunting some cash at them or by buying them a car or sponsoring a foreign trip.

“You could have chiefs, big guys say these actors… they will come here and they will bet, you want Jaguar or Range, this guy say he could give you na … I mean the highest bidder gets it and then they fly you.” he revealed.

“You and the girls dey norr they go to Abuja and they are done, they go to Dubai and they are back; we all dey do the work oo but we no dey see top,” the veteran actor alleged.
