Gospel singer Gifty Osei was on cloud nine just a couple of weeks ago when her second marriage ceremony to NPP’s Hopeson Adorye went off successfully and she became a ‘Mrs.’ for the second time in her life.
After her first marriage ended, however, the gospel singer said she was so distraught she actually considered committing suicide.
Osei was married to a pastor and the marriage came to an acrimonious end.
According to her, people laid the blame for the marriage’s collapse on her and she could not deal with it to the extent she really contemplated ending it all.
Luckily for her she found love once again in the arms of Adorye, and they are now happily married.
At least, we hope they’re happily married – these celebrity marriages tend not to end too well.
