RuffTown Records sensation Wendy Shay claims she has now ‘changed’, less than a month after she sparked a furore by calling a journalist asking her a question ‘dumb’.
Shay, as we’ll all recall was unhappy after MzGee asked her the very reasonable follow up question of ‘who are you as Wendy Shay’ after she had said ‘Ghanaians should accept her as Wendy Shay.’
In anger she dubbed the question ‘dumb’ and cut off the interview, sparking a furore as people debated her actions and whether they were right.
As the year draws to a close Shay has decided to release her latest single and she calls this one ‘Masakra’.
‘Masakra’ literally means ‘I’ve changed’ and she sings that she’s a changed person and now interested in doing God’s work.
