The singer, 28 – real name Abel Makkonen Tesfaye and his Vogue Model girlfriend 22 have had an off and on relationship, since they started dating in 2015 got back again in April 2018. According to ELLE, the two celebs are madly in love and The Weeknd has plans of popping the question.
