Auntie B, ex-wife of the late Ghanaian king of comedy, John Bosompem Santo aka Bob Santa has revealed what led to her romantic relationship with the late comedian.
Born Harriet Naa Akleh Okantey aka Auntie B has in an interview on Accra FM with Nana Romeo disclosed that she gladly accepted Santo’s proposal because of poverty.
According to her, it was someone who advised her to accept the comedian who was then even married to two women.
“I wasn’t a virgin before I dated Santo, he had two wives so I didn’t want to accept his proposal because I was afraid, but due to poverty and suffering, I accepted his proposal after I was advised by a very close male friend”, she disclosed.
As usual of what most bosses and departmental heads have been doing to their female workers, Bob Santo also was no exception. According to Auntie B, Santo kept maltreating her because she was rubbishing his proposals.
“I agreed to his proposal because he started maltreating me where ever we went to cast movies. All because I was kicking against his demand,” she added.
